Bulgarstroi Engineering-99 Ltd - established in 1999 on the basis of the long-lasting experience of Tektonika 5. The construction company has been established for building residential developments on our seaside in Ravda: "Keys from the sea" and "Oasis" with a total buit-up area of 25 600m2 completed in a 12 months period. The company provides the whole set of services - from entrepreneurial of building developments, through research, project, design and completion of residential and commercial premises

We have our own heavy machinery and facilities including a concrete plant, concrete pumps, trucks, motomixers, cranes for loads up to 10 tons, shuttering means etc. In all our construction companies the services are provided by the same qualified staff of construction engineers, architects, economists and construction workers.
