During the 1990s the company has successfully accomplished numerous residential buildings in Sofia, many reconstructions and quite a few renovations, commercial buildings, private hotels, houses, villas, shops, bingo halls etc. "Rossica" - Pamporovo is one of the company's completed projects. Bulgarstroi Engineering-99 Ltd - established in 1999 on the basis of the long-lasting experience of Tektonika 5. The construction company has been established for building residential developments on our seaside in Ravda: "Keys from the sea" and "Oasis" with a total buit-up area of 25 600m2 completed in a 12 months period. The company provides the whole set of services - from entrepreneurial of building developments, through research, project, design and completion of residential and commercial premises We have our own heavy machinery and facilities including a concrete plant, concrete pumps, trucks, motomixers, cranes for loads up to 10 tons, shuttering means etc. In all our construction companies the services are provided by the same qualified staff of construction engineers, architects, economists and construction workers. Bulgarstroi Engineering Prim Ltd - established in 2006 for facilitating the construction process for our developments in Bansko: "Park side complex" - with total built-up area of 6 278 m2, just next to it a residential building for the Russian investment fund with built-up area of 23 000 m2 and "Little snow jewel" - built-up area of 1 065 m2. The company has also a current project in Sofia - "Hadji Dimitar" - 2 buildings with a total built-up area of 4 046 m2. The company has signed a contract with Equest Balkan Properties investment fund - the biggest investor in Bulgaria for 2005 and 2006, for building of a vacation village with total built-up area of 21'000 m2 on a plot of land of 31'000 m2, which is currently in progress. For this project our company has been chosen among many other famous construction companies. Being an integrated supplier of services, we have our own company Bulproperty.net in charge of the final stage - real estate sales and management.
